Who We Are

We are local real estate developers that purchased the property in 2006. Over the years, we have extensively upgraded the property, making comfortable and affordable living possible for residents of the Greater Sudbury community in the backdrop of nature’s peaceful setting.

The property consists of 630 acres of lush pine-treed landscape with 110 residential 2, 3, and 4 bedroom houses, 5 apartments, and 70,000 square feet of commercial warehousing space.

Our property is attached to many walking nature trails, as well as trails for snowmobiling and recreational vehicles.
